We’re former athletes turned marketers, creatives, storytellers, and product builders.

We’ve worked with the biggest brands in the world, and the biggest changemakers in social impact. 

But throughout our professional careers, we've kept coming back to the first place we learned about resilience. About teamwork. About community.

All of this good is still happening in sports. We're here to amplify, create, and empower more of it.

CODY DAMON, Founder

cody headshotStrategic Scaler: Co-founded and led Media Cause, a premier social impact agency, growing annual revenue to over $10M while helping hundreds of nonprofits grow their reach and community.

Vision-Setter and Diplomat: Serves as Sports Envoy, building the bridge between professional sports front offices, college athletic departments, sports brands and the global diplomatic community.

In-Depth Practitioner: Former GM for Boston College Softball. Current Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Tufts University, coaching the next generation of purpose-driven founders.

AMY SMALL, Cofounder and Chief Creative Officer

Creative Catalyst: Ex-VML and former EVP at Media Cause, where she built the agency's social impact Creative & Brand discipline from the ground-up. Her work has won 60+ awards, including Webbys, Effies, Anthems, and a Cannes Short list.

Culture Architect: Designs professional development programs, team trainings, and the "Wholebeing" workplace wellbeing initiative, which received a 2023 This Can Happen Global Award.

Mentor and Leadership Multiplier: Founded and led the RiseUP Marketing Fellowship for diverse emerging talent. Named 2023 “Mentor of the Year” by the Stevie Awards for Women in Business. Executive Leadership Facilitator for YPO.

 

BEN BODIPO-MEMBA, Impact & Education

US National Volleyball team alum, with 20+ years as a DI volleyball coach, including stints at Georgia Tech and UC Berkeley. Highly-experienced in 
student athlete development, as well as business strategy and relationship management.
KEN GELMAN, Strategic Partnerships

Ken_color

Over three decades of experience with the NHL, NFL, ESPN, the BIG East, Rogers Sports; Former Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Producer at The Carnegie Initiative; Founder of G-Funk Sports & Entertainment.

CARLY ROHRER, Senior Content Production Intern

Sports Management grad student at Belmont University, with an undergrad degree in advertising (plus D1 Football Recruiting experience) from the University of Georgia. Former water polo player.

KODIE (KOKO) LYNN KIRSCH, Analytics Intern

Stanford University rising senior / student-athlete majoring in communications and minoring in economics. Currently competing as a D1 volleyball athlete while mentoring and coaching aspiring volleyball players.
