Like many startup origin stories, our inspiration for building WIN | WIN was to create “the thing” we wished existed, but couldn’t find in the current landscape: a brand that celebrated the incredible power of sports to drive social change.
We weren’t looking for something focused on a single sector or issue area, and didn’t want a platform that felt too much like a nonprofit, or treated social impact stories as just a “section” of content rather than the main focus.
When we couldn’t find this unicorn, we created it ourselves — and now, we’re also creating the WIN | WIN Community as the heartbeat of it all.
Our goal is to design a space where like-minded folks at the intersection of sports and social impact can come together to share insights, opportunities, knowledge, and hopefully, keep building more incredible things together.
We’re here to be the connector and the catalyst, providing exclusive content, meetups, webinars, resources, job postings, partnership intros, and anything else that might be helpful to keep elevating impact in the sports conversation. But our members are the ones who’ll really be leading the way — this is your space, and we’ll continue evolving it right along with you.

We believe that the more people are part of this community, the more impact we’ll be able to create together. So we’re aiming to keep membership as accessible as possible by capping “founding member” fees at $49/month, with lower pricing available for students.
