NILi 101 is a hands-on workshop that helps student-athletes find their “why” outside of sport, then turns that purpose into real, third-party NIL funding (and professional development experience) through ongoing nonprofit and brand partnerships.
It’s whole-human education and long-term, purpose-built NIL dollars for your athletes — plus a powerful opportunity to amplify your program's culture, increase community involvement, and bolster your recruitment and retention efforts.
Campus visits are already planned in Eastern MA, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Texas, and California. Get on the list!
NILi: NIL for Impact provides a purpose-driven opportunty that typical sports marketing and nonprofit campaigns miss.
We help student-athletes find their "why" — the bigger purpose, social-impact issue that matters most to them outside of sport. Then, we match them with nonprofit partners like you, and build teams of passionate NILi ambassadors to drive the next generation of awareness and engagement for your mission.
If you're interested in being one of our featured nonprofit partners for NILi Season '26-27, let's talk.
We explore the basics of social impact, how nonprofits work, and how every student-athlete can use their platform for good.
Student-athletes use our "Three Is" framework to identify issues they care about, inquire about nonprofits they can support, and take initiative for getting involved.
Through hands-on writing and presentation practice, we help student-athletes get comfortable speaking about their interests beyond sport.
Student-athletes can raise their hands to get involved with one (or more!) nonprofit partners as official '26-27 NILi ambassadors.
With the college sports becoming more divided by the day, NILi provides opportunity, equity, and impact for everyone involved. Our NILi Season '26 tour begins in late summer, with a second cohort planned for spring '27.
Reach out to see how our workshops, and our student-ambassador programming, can be a WIN | WIN collaboration for everyone involved.
