WIN | WIN Contributors are independent “free agents” who have a passion for a particular space within the sports and social impact landscape. Most of the folks on our roster already have an established presence in the content space, and have generously agreed to share their work, or develop custom stories, videos, and interviews, for the WIN | WIN audience.
Joe Flynn

Joe is a sports storyteller and nonprofit strategist focused on highlighting the human under the helmet. With over 3.5 million views across social media, he’s built a platform dedicated to showcasing the off-the-field impact of athletes and the causes they support. Joe has helped raise more than $1 million for nonprofits and social impact organizations and is currently enrolled in George Washington University’s Sport Philanthropy certificate program.
Joe believes that sports can build global bridges when fans shift their mindset from “What can this player do for my team?” to “What can this player do for my community?”
Clayton Holbrook

Clayton is an emerging player in the sports creative space, focusing on storytelling through video, photo, and dynamic social media management. A lifelong sports fan, he’s always been drawn to athletes' off-field endeavors, and recognizes the opportunity to tell the stories of the good they do in their communities.
Clayton currently works in athletic communications at Boston College, where he serves as the primary media contact for four D1 sports, creating social media content and representing players and coaches on the national stage. Previously, he worked in the PR department at the New York Jets, which allowed him to support professional athletes’ philanthropic endeavors in the greater New York area.
