WIN | WIN also has a deep network of student athletes, making authentic connections easy and impactful.

Nope! While the model needs all three partners (Brand, Nonprofit, Athletes) to be successful, WIN | WIN can actively help establish new relationships, or deepen existing ones, between nonprofits and with corporate partners.

The first-mover advantage is a powerful one. You'll get to help define the NIL play for all other NPOs to follow, establish a sustainable pipeline of athlete partners and corporate funding, and gain visibility and awareness not only as a social change agent — but also as an innovator.

NILi is typically sponsored by brand partners who fund the service as a Sports Marketing play. This allows them to achieve their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) goals using marketing funds, maximizing efficiency and impact. All student-athletes who participate in NILi receive a stipend, which is included in the overall program budget.

WIN | WIN uses "Mission-First Vetting" to find athletes with a genuine connection to the nonprofit's mission, the brand's values, and demonstrated character and leadership. This process ensures diverse representation and brand alignment for everyone involved.
